1. After mixing boron with niobium press the mold, then heat in the heating furnace.
2. Adopt the synthesis method. After mixing elemental boron and bismuth, press mold, heating in heating furnace

Application of Vanadium Boride (VB2) Powder -
The VB2 has both the hardness of refractory materials and the electrical conductivity of excellent ceramics. VB2 can therefore be used for fine ceramic materials to produce semiconductor and wear-resistant films. Useful in regions with conductive ceramic materials.

Specifications on Vanadium Boride (VB2) powder:
Diboride vanadium has a hexagonal structure and a melting point at 2980 degrees Celsius. It is also very hard, resistant to oxidation, can be used as conductive ceramic materials, and atomic crystals.

Storage condition of vanadium Boride VB2 Powder
In order to avoid dampness, the powder must be packed in a vacuum and kept in a dry and cool room. The powder cannot be exposed. VB2 powder must also not be exposed to stress.

Shipping & Packing of Vanadium Boride VB2 VB2 powder
The packing depends on the amount of vanadium boride powder.
Packing of Vanadium Boride VB2 Powder: Vacuum packaging, 100g or 500g per bag, 25kg per barrel, or your request.
