Powder characteristics: high purity (≥99.8%), low oxygen (≤300ppm), high sphericity (≥90%), smooth surface, no satellite ball, uniform particle size distribution, excellent flow performance (≤20.0s/50g) and high loose density (≥4.0g/cm3) and vibration density (≥5.0g/cm3).  

 

Applicable processes: laser/electron beam additive manufacturing (SLM/EBM), laser direct deposition (DLD), powder hot isostatic pressing (HIP), metal injection molding (MIM), powder metallurgy (PM), laser cladding ( LC) and other processes.

 

Powder application: Nickel is a silver-white metal with good mechanical strength and ductility, insoluble in water, strong corrosion resistance to acids and bases, and high temperature resistance.  Spherical nickel powder can be used in MLCC internal electrode electronic material, conductive coating, wave absorbing invisible material, radiation shielding and other industries.
